- Enter your complaint reference number in the designated field
- Provide the registered mobile number used during submission
- Complete the security verification process if prompted
- Click "Track" to view specific complaint details
- Enter your registered email address
- Complete the security verification process
- Click "Search" to view all complaints linked to this email
Step 4: View the current status and any updates on your complaint
